Fraudulent Info

I bought a dress from you many months ago, which didn't fit, and your company authorized me to return it for a full refund. I followed the instructions I was given and after several months, the package was returned to me as undeliverable.

While the package was "still in transit", your customer service dept. responded to my email asking for an update by saying that a refund will be issued once they receive the package, which obviously was never going to arrive. Now that the package has been returned to me, they have stopped responding to my emails. I spent $300 on the dress and $100 to ship it back to what was obviously a fraudulent address.This is unacceptable.

I am out $400 and never would have purchased from your site if I believed anything like this could happen. I will not stop pursuing this, and I hope that your company does the ethical thing and responds to me.

It is very unprofessional to ignore customers who have been wronged. Please make this right.

Terrible quality and custom fit

I gave them precise measurements. It didn't fit, was of poor quality, the color was all wrong. Then they said they wouldn't alter or refund.

I would suggest not ordering from this site. The dress I received was not the right color. They wouldn’t send me a return label so I sent it back to the address on their website. The package came back with a label marked”Demolished”.

Scam business

I ordered a dress from them and it did not fit. I checked measurements prior to ordering. The waist on the dress is about 2 inches above my waist. They sent photos and said the dress fit the mannequin. Well I am not a mannequin. They have refused to accept return. I filed a complaint with a consumer action group affiliated with a tv network. I was told there are mountains of complaints about this business. It is in China and uses many different names but the business is the same. I probably have had 20 e-mail exchanges with them and each one tells me some new scheme that they think will resolve the issue. The best offer they had was to give me a coupon for 30% off on a future purchase. I wouldn't buy a pair of used socks from this place.

Two years ago I bought a dress that was beautiful and looked like the photo. A couple weeks ago I wanted to order the same dress in a different color because I loved the design and fit. I receive the dress a few days ago and it was poorly made and unfinished as well as cut too small. When I contacted the company they kept giving me excuses and will not give me a refund. They correspond via live chat which is really email and due to the time change the correspondence doesn't get anywhere. Obviously the company and quality control are not the same and I won't use them again.

I thought that I get my shoes when I make money over to DressFirst. I get a mail that I must pay shipping cost (douane). They take you're money... im not happy with that. I will call different important people to say they are not real and make you broke. I hope the shoes are good enough for the price I get them for....***

Will not take back poorly sewn dress!

Horrible company policies and customer service! I received the dress and the buttons/jems sewn on were falling off. The cut of the dress didnt sit right at the hips as intended and looked in pictures. I asked to return the dress and they denied me refund but said they would refund me 15% I told them it was not as expected and they continued to not let me return dress but then offered me 25% refund. I again told them that I wanted a full refund and to send the dress back. They are not understanding that and are denying me the refund for the poor sewn dress.

Dress First is a horrible company. Don't ever order a dress from them!

I ordered dresses in a larger size so that I could have them taken in if necessary. The dresses were still too tight. After sending them a very nice email, asking if I could return the dresses, they refused. They wanted me to send pictures of myself in the dress, which I was not going to do.

They kept making excuses, made it sound like it was my fault.

Offered me 20% off another dress. These people have a scam going on...rip-offs!

I just got my dress in the mail today and I had to pay 48 dollars for shipping when your website said FREE shipping, so there for I am not happy and I would like u to refund me my 48 dollars back some way or another.

Ripped off by Dressfirst.com

Blown away by their lousy product and frustrating customer service. Their misrepresentation of their product and customer services is negligent. "Live Chat" is nothing more then email which is inefficient due to the length of time it takes to respond. When I attempted make the international call to speak to a live person, I was told there are 2 additional numbers making their contact information false. I ordered a standard size 8 and the zipper bulged in the back. They insisted I take pic of my backside (embarrassing and inconvenient) before they could decide upon return. Then offered me 15% out of $146 dollars. When I said what is the reason they said how about 25%? I read there return policy and followed it diligently. Their only intention is to take your money and run. Do not purchase from them.

Well if there is so many complaints.. fire some people. They did that before in larger town nearby when carts full of undelivered mail was found. When your business keeps getting less..try harder employee to customer service amking every customer happy to see carrier arrive... not wondering if they are coming back with yesterdays mail. Do they know customers is where their payroll come from. Post Office NEW Motto! We mail be the onlyPostal Service in town... but we still screw everyone!

It always amazes me that people get on these sites and cannot either 1.) Speak the English language, 2.) Cannot spell or 3.) Does not know proper grammar and last but not least 4.) Does not proof read before the submit their "report". WOW, come on people if you want others to take you seriously look at what you're writing, you sound like a 2 year old mexican girl.. :x
